Bangkok breakthrough at Northam
Thursday, 24 July 2014 - Ever-consistent Bangkok Express broke through for his first win in the Stella Apartments Maiden (1000m) at Northam on Thursday.
Bangkok Express (3g Danehill Express - Ishibabe by Ishiguru) carried Geisel Park’s colours to a convincing barrier-to-box victory after a string of placings for trainer Simon Miller.
His unraced 2yo half-sister Mishkebab (Musket) is trained by Brett Pope and she was placed in Lark Hills trials in March & April.
Their dam Ishibabe was covered by Frost Giant last year.
