Love strikes for Lindsay Park

Tuesday, 22 May 2018 - All Out Of Love is all of 17 hands and he’s ready to go to the next level after breaking a run of outs for Lindsay Park. The long-striding son of All American came from last on the home turn to win the Museum Restoration Hcp (1600m) at Bendigo on Sunday. “Because he’s so big, it takes a while for him to wind up and get into full stride,” stable spokesman Russell Treloar said. “But he’s starting to hit his straps now and a strong mile is his best trip.”

All action Jaxon

Friday, 18 May 2018 - All American will be double-handed in the G1 Queensland Derby following a fighting victory by Kurnel Jaxon at Warwick Farm on Wednesday. The front-running colt proved too strong in the Ranvet Power Formula Hcp (1600m). “Josh (Parr) pulled the stick early and he raced away for a well-deserved win,” trainer David Pfieffer said. “He’s a very smart colt on a path to the Queensland Derby.”

Rigg was part of the syndicate that stood All American at Geisel Park in 2016 when he was the most popular stallion in WA. After spending last season in Victoria, local breeders were keen to book in again on the strength of his first Westspeed-bred foals.

The Fabrice Vermeulen-trained youngster took the step up to stakes company in her stride after victories at Salon Provence and Cagnes-sur-Mer in September. She set a furious pace and was never approached in the straight to score by more than two lengths.
