Dream result for Geisel Park

Saturday, 9 June 2018 - Eddie Rigg has conjured up a second Group 1 in two years to promote All American at Geisel Park Stud in WA. Rigg was part of the syndicate that purchased All American in February 2016, a fortnight before his Champion Filly Yankee Rose first emerged in Sydney. The 12yo stallion returned east last year but Rigg wouldn’t be denied and purchased him outright in May.

Dream alive in Queensland Derby

Monday, 4 June 2018 - All American 3yo Dark Dream is ready to run the race of his life in the G1 Queensland Derby (2200m) this Saturday. The Kerry Parker-trained gelding was an early favourite for the classic following a dominant four-length win in the G3 Rough Habit Stakes (2000m) but eased in pre-post markets after going down a length in the G3 Grand Prix Stakes (2200m) on May 26.

Love strikes for Lindsay Park

Tuesday, 22 May 2018 - All Out Of Love is all of 17 hands and he’s ready to go to the next level after breaking a run of outs for Lindsay Park. The long-striding son of All American came from last on the home turn to win the Museum Restoration Hcp (1600m) at Bendigo on Sunday. “Because he’s so big, it takes a while for him to wind up and get into full stride,” stable spokesman Russell Treloar said. “But he’s starting to hit his straps now and a strong mile is his best trip.”

All action Jaxon

Friday, 18 May 2018 - All American will be double-handed in the G1 Queensland Derby following a fighting victory by Kurnel Jaxon at Warwick Farm on Wednesday. The front-running colt proved too strong in the Ranvet Power Formula Hcp (1600m). “Josh (Parr) pulled the stick early and he raced away for a well-deserved win,” trainer David Pfieffer said. “He’s a very smart colt on a path to the Queensland Derby.”
